International shipping:

Eco Post (5-7days) - €10

Shipping to Australia New Zealand and Taiwan:

Standard Register Airmail - €5

Tracking

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t received it, please contact your local mail facility.

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. On&Off is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of On&Off to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.

Should On&Off mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to pay immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, On&Off  is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

Exchange Policy 

 

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of fulfillment. 

Exchanges may be made for a different size or color of the same style, free of charge. 

 

-  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs

 

We currently cannot exchange for a different style.

If looking for a different style, please complete a return. 

 

How long should it take to process my exchange?

The exchange will be treated as a brand-new order and processed only after we will receive the returned hat to our warehouse. The transit time of your order is based on the shipping service level you chose during checkout.

 

How do I exchange an item I believe to be damaged?

If you think you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team at info@onandoff.store and include the following info:

*The original order number & your current shipping address

*A short description of the damage

*Photographs of the defective or damaged item(s)

 

Return Policy 

 

We will happily exchange or return your purchase within 14 days of fulfillment.

 

- Purchasing On&Off hat in a retail store cannot be returned to our online store. 

 

- All items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt.

 

- All shipping costs are excluded from the hat price,

and will be additionally charged.

 

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are processed by our warehouse within two business days of receipt. Your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for funds to post once processed.
